The Crooked Tree Community Association was incorporated in 1996 by The Drees Company for the purpose of administering and enforcing a set of covenants and maintaining the common areas to ensure the highest possible property values are maintained. In 2004 the Drees Company turned over control of the Crooked Tree Community Association to the elected board. |
